The pressure on industries with high pollution and high energy consumption is also growing.

The traditional carbon-reducing agent production process generally adopts the Acheson furnace production technology, which has a long production cycle (more than one month per furnace), high energy consumption (2000 kWh per ton of product consumption), and large pollution (using direct water cooling, It produces a lot of gas and CO2), low efficiency (intermittent production, and the production cycle lasts for several weeks). The new vertical continuous graphitization furnace used in this project is compared with the traditional Acheson furnace production. The power consumption is reduced from 2000 degrees/ton to 750 degrees/ton, energy consumption is reduced by more than 62%, and sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide harmful substances are used. Emissions are reduced by more than 98%.
