In this technology, the company pioneered the invention of a new unique patented furnace technology-continuous high-temperature monolithic graphitization furnace (the center temperature can reach above 2500 ℃). The new type of continuous high-temperature electric calcining graphitization furnace has completely changed the current production pattern of using traditional furnaces (such as Acheson furnace) to produce carbon products, greatly reducing production power consumption and reducing exhaust gas emissions.
